Join Heather Leona for an intro to Datura Style Belly Dance! This all levels workshop will introduce students to drills and vocabulary from Rachel Brice’s 8 Elements format. We will begin with a yoga inspired warm up, followed by specific drills to prepare for cued group improvisation. This workshop is open to all levels of experience, and designed to engage both the beginner as well as the seasoned dancer. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and your sense of fun!
